Yes the older Thule 450 Crossroad feet part # 753-3399 will work on the 2018 Subaru Forester with raised rails. You would need the Thule 47" Square Load bars to fit these feet (which are no longer available through us). You can use a longer bar if it does not extend past your side mirrors as long as it is the Thule older style Square Load Bars not to be confused with the newer style Thule SquareBar Crossbars.

@Erin If your Subaru has raised rails, the Thule 450 Crossroad Feet will work on your vehicle. Please keep in mind these feet only work with the Thule square load bars 47" or longer.
