Is There a Warranty for the Replacement Quick Grip Mount Assembly for Thule Roof Cargo Boxes

Question:

I had this claw freeze so it wouldnt tighten anymore. I have yet to remove it from the box. I bought this from you a few years ago.

I believe you were referring to the warranty and on this product there is none since it is a replacement part.

I reached out to my contact at Thule about the Replacement Quick Grip Mount Assembly # TH05738 and they said to make sure that when you replace the assembly that you don't over-tighten the knob (which should click when you get it tight enough). Another possible reason why it is frozen is if you left the quick grip mount assembly out and exposed to the rain then some water could have gotten inside and rusted the internal components. I believe you were referring to the warranty and on this product there is none since it is a replacement part.
