I do have an option for you but 2" hitch balls max out around 10,000 to 12,000 lbs. That said, if you are using the Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System like part # AM3200 then you actually need a 2-5/16" hitch ball. This 2-5/16" hitch ball could then be obtained with the 17,000 lb weight capacity you were looking for. In regards to a 2" rise, that is going to be even more of a stretch especially in the capacity you need.

The only option we have with a 2" rise is the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball part # C40036 and the highest rated 2" hitch ball we offer is the 2" Hitch Ball part # 40038. I have attached a list of all our hitch balls for you to look though but you might need to rethink your strategy in order to move forward because they do not offer the exact hitch ball you are looking for.
