Fifth Wheel Hitch Recommendation for Use with 5th Airborne Sidewinder
Question:
I have a 2016 F-250 super duty. I am looking to replace my Lippert 1621 with the RP 61422 sidewinder. I currently have a Curt E16 slide hitch which I know is not recommended for the RP 61422 Sidewinder. Please list a few compatible hitches that you recommend.

The Sidewinder 5th Airborne part # RP61422 is the correct fit to replace your Lippert 1621 pin box so for a great fitting fifth wheel hitch to go with this I recommend the B and W Patriot part # BWRVK3255 as it has the best jaw design which holds the hitch very tight to the king pin of the trailer. It's also made in the USA and considered by most RVers to be the best hitch around!
For a wedge to fit this hitch to the Sidewinder you'd just need the part # SWW-06 and you'd be set.
