How Far Above the Trailer Floor Will the Crossbars Sit Using the Malone TopTier Load Bar Kit

Question:

My TSC utility trailer is a 5x10 it has a tall ramp/gate how tall is the height of the racks installed. My ramp is roughly 50 inches tall. I saw it shows 53” is that the height before or after installation? I did see in the mfg instructions it bolts and clamps to the frame and rails I can probably bolt the front rack just shy of the built in stake pockets I plan on using it as a ladder rack and a kayak rack. Thanks for any input

The Malone TopTier Load Bar Kit for Utility Trailers part # MPG493 measures 54" tall from the bottom of the upright to the top of the crossbar. The uprights will fit on the floor of the trailer so if you measure from the floor up 54", that will then give you the height of the crossbar. That said, if needed you can trim the uprights to decrease its overall height.
