Powered trailer jacks are rated by the amount of weight they can lift, when this is applied to a trailer this is the tongue weight of the trailer. So if your tongue weight is 579 lbs you'd need a jack rated to lift that amount of weight. The more capacity the jack has the easier it will lift that weight though.

I recommend is the Stromberg Carlson # JET-5000. It has a lifting capacity of 5,000 lbs which would be more than you'd need but will ensure that the jack will operate quickly and last a long time.
