I spoke with my contact at Curt about the adjustable ball mount # C45900. He stated that the capacity is 14,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1,400 pound tongue weight for the 2-5/16 inch ball. For the 2 inch ball it is rated for 10,000 pounds gross trailer weight and 1,000 pounds tongue weight.
