Fully loaded to capacity, your Rockwood Roo would weight 6885, which even if you towed at full capacity would leave you well under capacity. As long as the trailer weight plus the payload actually carried in the truck bed doesn't exceed the stated towing capacity, you'll be just fine.

The Pro Series # PS49902 weight distribution system you referenced might be a good choice. It can handle trailer tongue weights up to 750 lbs. The tongue weight is typically 10-15% of the fully loaded trailer weight, so your actual tongue weight could actually fall between 600-1000 lbs. Before proceeding further, I'd recommend confirming the trailer's tongue weight. Be sure to include the weight of anything carried in the truck bed behind the truck's rear axle. I've linked you to an article that explains a few different ways of finding the actual tongue weight.

If you should find that the trailer's tongue weight is above 750 lbs but less than 1000 lbs I'd recommend the # PS49903. If you're above 1000 lbs, go with the # PS49904
