We do have wheel to wheel nerf bars that will fit your 2006 Ford F-250 crew cab. I recommend the # 25-1330 for a short bed or # 21-534230 for a long bed. The bars come with an installation kit specifically designed to fit your truck. The brackets mount to existing holes on the inner wall of the vehicle rocker panel.
The DeeZee steps, # DZ370301, are only cab length.
