Installation Instructions for Draw-Tite # 9465-40 Gooseneck Hitch on 1999 GMC C/K Series

Question:

When I recieved this hitch, there were no installation instructions in either box. Is there any way you could provide instructions for this, either paper or digital ones? Especially for the rail kit. Thanks a lot.
