To fit your 35" tires you need the SnapRing Tire Savers # ST7003BK . These are black vinyl to help shield your tires from UV rays and the elements. They install simply by sliding over your tires and letting the ring snap together and come in sets of 2.

I've attached a picture as a reference; they won't cover the entire tire, but they are the correct size to fit your 35x12.5x20 tires and going a size up isn't going to effect how much of the tire is covered. These are going to cover the entire front and top of your tire, leaving a space at the bottom where your tire contacts the ground so they can be easily installed on your RV or trailer while it's in storage or at your camp. If you're looking for something that offers full protection for a spare tire of that size I recommend the Bestop XXXL Tire Cover # B6103515 , which is a spare tire cover for a Jeep, but will provide full coverage on the front, top and most of the rear of your mounted spare tire.
