What is the difference between this rear sway bar and the other rear sway bar you show for a 2012 e350 v8?

Since there are several different variations of vans similar to your 2012 Ford E-350 there were several different styles of sway bars made to cover all of them. In this process there is some overlap which is why for your vehicle the part # RM-1139-117 and # RM-1139-198 both are a fit. They both are 1-1/2 inch diameter sway bars so they both will perform as good as the other.
