I did contact RoadActive and the Active Suspension Custom Leaf Spring Enhancement Kit # RAS3611-HD is confirmed to fit and does not require additional parts to install. These suspension enhancement systems are designed to fit stock vehicles, without any aftermarket suspension modifications.
Regarding lifted trucks, an issue may arise if the lift block is fabricated in an odd shape that interferes with their axle connecting brackets that are part of the kit. Another scenario that's a potential issue is if there's been a complete suspension swap. They did recommend you check your suspension to look for possible issues as described before ordering. The attached installation video is a great overview to walk you through the entire process.
