Roof Rack Needed to Carry Roof Basket on 2013 Honda CR-V
Question:
Hi! looking to add a roof rack/cage on top of my 13 crv. I currently have guide rails along the side, but Im wondering if I need to add something underneath for a cage to sit on top of. Thanks for the help

What you'll need to mount a roof basket on your 2013 Honda CR-V with flush roof rails is a set of crossbars that run from one side of the vehicle to the other.
If your guide rails are flush with the roof, you can use the Thule system for 2013 Honda CR-V's with parts # TH711220, # TH460R and # THKIT3118. This system would be what you need for your roof rack.
Now for the basket, the Thule Canyon Steel Roof Cargo Basket # TH859XT.
