What Base Rail Kit Will Line Up With the Pre-Drilled Hole On My 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500

Question:

Im wanting to use the BWRVK2501 rail kit with the Andersen Ultimate Hitch AM3200 . I have a 2015 Chevy Silverado 3500HD 6.6 Duramax diesel with a 6 1/2 ft bed and a 2011 Montana 3400RL. 1 Will this combination work together? 2 The truck looks to have had rails in the bed before. Possibly, even something similar to the rail kit above because of the difference in coloration on the frame looks similar to the frame brackets in the kit and the bed of the truck has 10 holes in the bed that look similar to what they would look like for the rails. My question, considering the directions for the kit in measuring, the holes that are already in the bed are 26 1/4inch from the rear of the bed to the center of the rear hole. Will the existing holes line up with the frame bracket? It was hard to tell from the installation video that I watched how far away from the 24 5/8inch measurement the hole was drilled. If the above wont work, do you know of a kit that will fit this measurement? I would prefer not to have to drill new holes close to the existing or try to enlarge the existing ones. Thanks for the help.

Yes, the B&W Custom Installation Kit with Base Rails part # BWRVK2506 will work with Andersen Ultimate Connection 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch System with Adapter part # AM3200 on your 2015 Chevrolet Silverado 3500 as they both use the same industry standard (ISR) mounting pattern.

I understand you do not want to drill any additional holes in your truck bed but I am not sure I would be able to guarantee whether or not this will be required. The problem with measuring the holes you have now is that I don't have any sort of database that lists the hole spacing of all the kit we offer to reference.

I took a look at the hole spacing for a few of the kits we have (including the above) and they all list the rear rail as sitting 24-5/8" from the edge of the bed. They do not call out the first hole but I would imagine this would be around the 25" mark. Therefore, your best option would be to just obtain the kit you feel is best and then hope for the best.
