How To Determine If There Is Backing Needed to Mount the Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle
Question:
On my 2018 Jay Feather 23RL is there framing to support a grab handle or bar on the left side of the door worried about drilling and not hitting any framing

Generally speaking, there will be sufficient backing directly beside the door on your trailer so that you can effectively secure the Lend-a-Hand Folding Grab Handle part # AM-200. If you push on the metal exterior that should then give you a good idea where the supports are located. If you need to be exact though then you would have to reach out to Jayco as this is not information we have available.
