The issue with upgrading your current hitch is that none of our manufacturers can confirm fitment for the 2019 Volvo V60-although all of them could verify fit on the 2018 model. That being said, with a trailer under your vehicle's 1650-lbs towing capacity, you will have no problem towing on your existing hitch receiver.
In order to tow with your existing hitch you need a ball mount, hitch ball and wiring harness. In order to determine which ball mount rise/drop is correct for you, I've attached an article linked at the bottom of this page; you likely need something similar to the Draw-Tite # 36071 . For the wiring harness I recommend going with the 4-Way # C56287 which is one of our most popular wiring kits and has an easy plug in behind your existing lights. You also need a hitch ball similar to Draw-Tite # 19258 .
