Recommended Covers for 38" Diameter Dually Tires on Tiffin Allegro RV

Question:

We have a 2019 Tiffin Allegro Open Road 32SA When we measured the diameter of the back tire it was 38inch from edge of tread to edge of tread. The front tire has 8 lugs that protrude about 2 1/2. Also, the back tire has another tire on the same axel Do we get the same size cover front and back? How do we secure the back with that other tire in the way?

Expert Reply:

For both the front and rear tires on your Tiffen Allegro Open Road RV I strongly recommend the Covercraft SnapRing TireSavers Tire Covers in Black # ST7004BK.

These are designed for tires that measure 36 to 39 inches in diameter and their SnapRing design allows for simple installation that requires you to just stretch it over the front of the tire and let the ring snap back into place. This makes them a great option for dually tires like what you have on the rear axle since you won't need to gain access behind the tire to secure any straps or bungees. The covers will work just fine with the protruded wheel bolts that you mentioned as well.

I have attached a short video demonstration that you can check out as well so you can see exactly how they work.
