Which Air Bag Suspension Kit Fits 2007 Ford F-150 with Gooseneck Hitch

What air bag kit will work in a 2007 F-150 2wd 8ft bed if I also have a gooseneck hitch in the truck?

The only air bag kit we offer for your 2007 Ford F-150 that has a gooseneck hitch installed is the Air Lift kit part # AL57228 that you referenced. This would fit and work well to provide additional support when you are towing your gooseneck trailer. I attached an install video for more info as well.
For a compressor kit then the heavy duty part # F2097 will work great to make inflating the bags and maintaining them easier. The compressor will inflate faster than standard compressors and the gauge inside the vehicle will allow you to monitor and inflate them from inside the vehicle.
