I do have an option for you but the Curt Custom 5th Wheel Bracket Kit for Ford # C16424 fits 2011 to 2016 Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks with either the 6 3/4 foot bed or the 8 foot bed and without the factory rail kit.
I recommend custom install above bed fifth wheel rails # RP50074-58 for your 2019 Ford F-250 with 6-3/4 bed without factory prep package. The Installation rails are Reese brand so you would need to install the whole kit and not just the brackets. There are currently not any Curt custom fit brackets available for your truck so you would not be able to install Curt rails if you already have them. I have linked an installation video for your reference.
