Which Thule Ladder Rack Fits 2019 Ford Ranger and Can Be Used with Cantilever Extension

Question:

I went back to my original question to Etrailer which was basically - do you offer something for a 2019 Ford Ranger to complement a rear hitch mounted load bar? I’m looking for a temporary solution to allow me to carry an extension ladder. I’m assuming you can view my prior correspondence and the options I’ve investigated. The main limiting factor at this point is my tonneau cover. Would item# 298 –SX6000 SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack work in conjunction with a rear hitch mounted load bar?

The Cantilever Extension part # TH24002XT does not fit the Thule Xsporter Ladder Rack part # TH500XTB that you mentioned but for a similar ladder rack confirmed as a fit for your 2019 Ford Ranger that does work with the extension we have the Thule TracONE part # TH27000XT.

Your best option would be a hitch mounted load bar like the Rhino-Rack T-Load part # RTL002 for the rear of the vehicle and then for the top of the cab of the truck you certainly could use a SeaSucker roof rack part # 298-SX6000B like you referenced. This would give you a way to transport your extension ladder and won't interfere with your tonneau cover like all of the ladder racks for your truck would due to how they install.
