The Thule Chariot part # TH10202012-301 that you referenced is the current year (2019) we do not carry older models of the Thule strollers. This stroller was designed to allow for jogging/running too as it allows a deep forward kick stride. The large front wheels allow for easy (as much as possible) jogging.
