Troubleshooting Trailer Wiring Where Left Blinker Barely Lights Up

I have all my trailer lights but the left blinker barily blinks

Most likely it has a weak ground for that circuit. Try checking and improving the ground of that light assembly and most likely it will start to work like you need it to. A lot of times they ground through their hardware so make sure it's connected to a clean metal surface. Or you can run a jumper wire from ground to the main ground of the trailer wiring.
