Adjusting Self-Adjusting Brake Assemblies on Trailer

Question:

I bought forward self adjusting brakes from retailer two years ago. I repacked my bearings and cleaned brakes, now I have very little brakes .how do I adjust them .

On your self-adjusting brake assemblies like the etrailer.com # AKEBRK-7L-SA there will be a device right on the adjustment wheel that first needs to be moved out of the way (the device keeps the shoes from adjusting back inward). You can then use an adjustment tool like # W80630 to turn the star wheel for adjustments.
