Yes, Thule says the Thule OutWay 2 Bike Carrier, # TH45JV, is a fit for your 2008 Acura TSX.
In addition to the bike rack you may need to use a bike adapter bar, part # TH982XT, if you will be carrying women's, children's or alternative-framed bicycles. The Thule Adapter Bar allows you to carry those types of bicycles level on your bike rack, see video link.
