What Does Tilting the Head Forward and Backward Do On a Weight Distribution System
Question:
What are the effects that will happen when the tilt angle on my adjusteable ball hitch goes forward and backwards

It sounds like you may be asking about the tilt mechanism on a weight distribution system. If that is not the case then please clarify this for me but if so then you will add more pressure to the spring bars when the head is tilted towards the vehicle whereas you will decrease the pressure to the spring bars when the head is tilted towards the trailer. If you are using an Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System like part # EQ37100ET for example then you increase pressure on the spring bars by removing washers from the head.
If you can let me know exactly what weight distribution system I may have better advise for you.
