Can Bulldog Velocity Series Electric Landing Gear Jack Be Welded to Trailer

I was told the 185400 12000# would be my best option. Only instruction i cluded was in french. My current hitch is welded on, bulldog bolts on and current plqte ia not wide enough to bolt it on. Can it be welded?

The Bulldog Velocity Series Electric Landing Gear Jack # BD185400 that you referenced is designed to be a bolt-on application but you could certainly weld the brackets directly to the trailer instead. If this is what is needed to fit the jack on your horse trailer I just recommend making sure you have a qualified welder perform the install to ensure it is securely attached.
