If the monitor for your Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera and Hitch Aligner System # HM50002 is all blue this means that your monitor is getting power but it isn't receiving the signal from the camera.
Try checking all of your connections making sure they are all securely connected and they aren't damaged anywhere. It would help to also check where the camera tees into your vehicle wiring for any corrosion or debris that may be interrupting the signal.
