The best option we have available to transport your mentioned cargo is the Yakima EasyRider Double Decker Trailer # Y08129. This is a lightweight aluminum trailer with enormous versatility due to its two storage levels, heavy-duty crossbars, and built-in tie down points. You could secure your 14 foot kayak on the bottom level and your two bikes on the top level using a couple of the excellent Yakima FrontLoader Carriers # Y02103. With these items loaded you would still have room for additional accessories such as a cargo basket or box for extra cargo space.

I have attached a short video demonstration and an image of the trailer fully stocked just so you can get an example of how it can be loaded.

The only item that may offer some trouble is your Vespa as there isn't a traditional crossbar-mounted carrier designed for securing an electric scooter like this. Due to the weight and size of the scooter your best option will be to secure it to a carrier like # UF48-979033 via a front mount hitch or try to load it into the Winnebago itself if there is room.

If you can tell me what model year your Winnebago is I will be happy to recommend a front mount trailer hitch.
