2015 Ram Power Wagon 5th Wheel Hitch Recommendations

Im looking for a 5th wheel hitch for my 2015 Power wagon, 6foot 4inch box. what would you recommend ?

If versatility to pull a variety of trailers, having access to the bed, and heavy-duty capacity are important, the B and W 20K Fifth Wheel # BWRVK3400-5W along with the Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch # BWGNRK1384-5W provide all three. The slide release will automatically latch in both directions so you will only need to get out of the truck once to get it into maneuvering position. Finally it also provides 12 inches of travel which addresses most camper to cab contact concerns with short bed trucks.

It has towing capability up to 20,000 pound gross trailer weight rating and 5,000 pound vertical load limit. You would want to first check your vehicle owners manual of course for their maximum towing weights. This would be my recommendation.

If the goose neck is not a need you'll have, another attractive option is the Demco # DM8550034 that allows your camper to slide without having to get out of your vehicle to release. It also has rails sold separately # DM8552025-71 It's maximum capacity is 18000 pounds.
