Fuse # 1 and # 10 are not burn out , where do I go from here

Since the trailer wiring fuses of your truck appear to be fine the next thing I would check is for corrosion on the trailer wiring connections as that is the most common issue that prevents trailer wiring from working. Easy way to fix this is to take sandpaper to the pins of the trailer connectors to clean them all off.
