Replacement 26-1/8 Inch Double-Eye Leaf Springs for 3,000 Pound Boat Trailer

Question:

I have a leaf spring that measures about 26 1/8” center of the eyes. 1 3/4” wide. And has a minimum of 4” bow. It’s 3000 lb trailer. Ranger is dragging their feet in getting me the correct one. It is vital to have a minimum of 4” in bow to clear my wheel well. Do you have anything that can help me out??

The closest option we have available to the measurements and specs you provided is with the 6-Leaf # e27SR. This particular unit measures 26 inches long from eye to eye (your existing spring would have stretched a bit over time), 1-3/4 inches wide, and has a bow of 4-1/4 inches. I have attached a diagram as well.

Also keep in mind that when you measure your existing leaf springs you want to make sure the trailer is lifted or the springs are removed, as a loaded trailer will flatten them out so your measurement will be off.

This leaf spring is designed for 4,500 pound axles so you might notice a bit stiffer of a ride during travel but it's the only option we have that's the correct size for a replacement.
