Expert Reply:
If your Carry-On trailer has tandem 3500-lb axles with 4-bolt brake mounting flanges then you can use two of the Self-Adjusting Brake Kit # AKEBRK-35-SA to put new brakes on each of the four 15-inch wheels. These brakes are 10 x 2-1/4-inches in size and they fit with wheels that are 13, 14 or 15-inches.
The mounting bolts are included but for nuts and lock washers use kit # BRKH10B; you'll need one kit per axle.
