I went out to the warehouse and found that the dimensions of the mounting plate for the Buyers Products Stainless Steel Mounts For Flood And Spot Lights # 3371492107 is 4-1/2" x 4-1/2" with the mounting hole dimensions being 7-1/16" x 3". The overall height of the product is about 7-3/4". I have attached a couple of photos to help demonstrate this.
