How To Use the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar RM-520 On a 2002 Jeep Wrangler

With this tow bar RM-520 work with RM-521424-5 base plate on a 2002 jeep wrangler with the stock bumper? If so is there anything else I need to set up?
