Can 5th Wheel Base Rails Be Installed Over a B&W Turnoverball

Question:

Will this or any 5th wheel rail kit mount with a bandw gooseneck hitch installed in a 2011 Chevrolet 3500 dually. I know there are options for adapters and for the companion hitch as well. But I’m just curious as to mounting rails at the same time as the gooseneck hitch. Thank you

In order to mount a standard 5th wheel hitch on a truck that already has a B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch installed you are going to want to use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter part # 16310. The Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16411-204 will not work nor will one like it which is why you need the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter.
