Replacement Braking Assemblies for Trailer with 5 Bolt Brake Flange and 12 Inch Brakes
Question:
conner i also have a question about a set of camper brakes im working in. Axle tag says its a 4400lb load rating but im guessing they put the wrong tag on it since the trailer weighs 9900 empty. brakes measure 12x2 with 5 mount holes 6 lug drum. will your AKEBRK-7-SA work on these axles? thanks

The axle tag may be wrong but you really don't need to look into this too much further as you have given me the two bits of information that I need to confirm the correct braking assemblies and that is the number of bolts on the brake mounting flange and the size of your braking assemblies. Based on this, I can confirm the Electric Trailer Brake Kit part # AKEBRK-7-SA are a fit and will work on your trailer. These are also commonly used with hubs/drums that have a 6 lug pattern.
