Bike Frame Adapter Bar for Womens Cruiser Bike Installed on Thule Passage Trunk Rack

Question:

Im trying to determine which frame adapter bar would be best for a womens cruiser bike not yet purchased so I cant provide any measurements and used with a Thule Passage 2 bike carrier. I would like to purchase both these items ASAP. What is the return policy if the adapter bar doesnt fit? Thank you.

The best bike frame adapter bar is the # UB01 as it has the widest adjustability and is overall the easiest to use. As long as the distance between the steering stem and the seat post is between 20 and 27 inches this adapter will work great. I attached a review video for this for you to check out as well.
