Does the Malone MicroSportXT Trailer MPG460XT Comes With Heavy Duty Crossbars
Question:
Hello, 2 questions - Malone states that the 2019 versions of this trailor come with mpg 4001, Heavy Duty bars. Are your trailors from 2019? I do not want the black bars pictured on your site. Also, On this trailor, if I do not install the retractable tongue kit, mpg 494, will I be able to add mpg 4002, cross rail? Basically, without the retractable tongue kit, is this trailor the same as the base microsport model? These 2 questions have been preventing me from buying this trailor.

Yes, if you order the Malone MicroSportXT Trailer part # MPG460XT from us, it will come with the new galvanized heavy duty crossbars but I cannot guarantee others will not have old stock. The photo has not yet been updated to show the bar change but rest assured you will receive these new bars with your purchase of the trailer. In regards to the retractable tongue, if you choose to omit this you can absolutely install the Tongue Mounted Crossbar part # MPG4002 in its place.
I confirmed all of this with my contact at Malone for you.
