Enclosed Cargo Carrier that Fits 2008 Honda Accord Sedan

Question:

Hi I have your item #24899 Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class I - 1-1/4 with a 2inch adapter. Does item #M2205-01-02 with 5inch rise shank work with the 2inch adapter installed over my 1.25inch receiver? If no do you have a similar cargo trailer that will work with my setup? Thank you for your help

I really wish we had an enclosed cargo carrier that could be used with a Class I hitch, but there isn't an option that would work for that. Hitch adapters cut the capacity of the hitch by 50 percent too so that's not a viable option either.

Best option would be a roof cargo box like the Thule Force XT part # TH635706 which can carry up to 16 cubic feet of cargo space. You'll need a roof rack installed too installed on your 2008 Honda Accord so for that you'd want the Rhino Rack # RRVA126B-2, # RRRLKVA, and # DK184 and you'd be set.
