Best Replacement for ST175/80-13 Karrier LoadStar Radial Trailer Tires

Hello, I’ve recently purchased a used 2014 17 foot travel trailer and have had 2 blowouts with the tires that were on it, which were LoadStar Karrier Brand. What is your replacement recommendation as well as the tire pressure I should go with? Thank you
