What size of generator is needed to still get 50amps with the cam 55025

In order to get 50 amps you will need around a 10,000 wattt generator like the Firman 10,000-Watt Portable Generator part # 333-P08003 which is what I recommend. This generator actually has a 50 amp service port so you would not need any sort of adapter like the Power Grip RV Power Maximizer part # CAM55025 to plug your shore power cord into this.
