Kat's Heaters Lower Radiator Hose Heater w/ 270 F Thermostat part # KH16500 is a universal fit that will work well for your 2010 Nissan Sentra as long as your radiator hose is 1-1/4" in diameter.

The Kat's Lower Radiator Hose Heaters are available in different radiator hose diameter and thermostat settings. The hose heaters that are considered 175 degrees will automatically shut off at 175 F to avoid overheating. The 270 degree hose shuts off at 270 to prevent overheating.
