Could RV Air Conditioner be Powered with Extension Cord
Question:
We have a 2000 Chinook Concourse with Roof Air and Heat Pump! Can I run the air conditioner on a regular heavy duty extension cord? Thanks

RV AC units don't normally have a standard wall plug for an outlet as they normally wire to a breaker box on the RV. That said, if you had an AC unit that used a standard plug that would plug into a wall outlet you certainly could use a standard extension cord if needed.
