Yes, you can still pull a gooseneck or 5th wheel trailer with your lowered 2005 Ford F-350. The important thing to make sure of is that the trailer is level but there are tons of adjustments you can make with either the gooseneck hitch/coupler or 5th wheel hitch/kingpin in order for this to work.
The most cost effective option I have for you to switch between both gooseneck and 5th wheel trailers is to use the Curt Double Lock, Flip and Store Underbed Gooseneck Hitch part # C60720 for gooseneck trailers and then install the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter part # C16210 with the Curt E16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16115 for 5th wheel trailers.
