While there is not a video available showing the Demco Hijacker SL Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch DM6076SL-16K being installed in a 2010 Ford F-150, you simply need to mount the hitch in the correct base rails.
For your '10 F-150 you need the Custom Installation Kit w/ Base Rails for Demco Hijacker SL Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # DM8553002-12 to use the aforementioned SL Series hitch. Installing these in your truck will allow you to use the hitch and I have added a link below to the installation instructions for you to check out.
