Recommended Fastway e2 Round Bars for 755 lb Trailer Tongue Weight.
Question:
I currently have a fastway e2 rated at 6000lb and 600lb tongue weight. I am buying a new camper that weighs 6500lbs with tongue weight of 755lbs. Which replacement round bars do you recommend?

Helpful Expert Reply:
I recommend using the Replacement Round Spring Bar # FA94-02-1099 for your application because it gives you a tongue weight (TW) range of 600 lbs - 1,000 lbs. Please note that this range includes the loaded tongue weight of your trailer plus the weight of any cargo that sits behind the rear axle of your trailer. If the 755 lbs of tongue weight you referenced is when the trailer is dry then you may consider upgrading your weight distribution (WD) system to a higher rating like the part # FA92-00-1200 which uses trunnion bars and has a TW range of 800 lbs - 1,200 lbs.
I have attached some review videos that you can check out.
