Thank you for the pictures! We actually have exactly what you are looking for! What you need are the ONE LED Trailer Tail Lights from Optronics. For the driver's side you need part # STL0067RPG and for the passenger's side you need part # STL0066RBG. These have the same triangular connectors that you show in your picture, they are submersible, and they carry the stop/turn/tail functions (plus the driver's side has the license plate light).
