Does Thule Canyon XT Fit Factory Roof Rack on 2017 Kia Soul

can I use this on by Kia Soul 2017 with the roof rack bars B2021-ADUOO? Can I install it myself?

I checked with Thule, and the Thule Canyon XT Roof Cargo Basket # TH859XT will fit the factory roof rack on your 2017 Kia Soul.
You will definitely be able to install this by yourself with no issues whatsoever. The Canyon XT uses U-bolts that attach to your roof rack and easily tighten with hand knobs so anyone can install the basket. I have added a link to a video review of this basket on a '17 Soul which I recommend checking out, as well as a link to the installation instructions.
Additionally, I do recommend adding Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 to lock the basket to your rack and protect your investment.
