Will the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE2 Fit a 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited

If I use a 4 inch in my receiver will the Hollywood HLY84FR work on my 2018 Wrangler JL?

In order to use the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE part # HLY84FR on your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited you will need to make sure you have at least 7-1/2" from the center of your hitch pin hole to the outer edge of your spare tire. The factory trailer hitch has a rather recessed hitch pin hole so you might be able to gain more clearance by installing the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # DT78MR which measures 1" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the outer edge of the bumper.
If the above clearance is not had with the factory trailer hitch or can be achieved with an aftermarket trailer hitch like the one above then your only option is a different bike rack. I recommend the Saris Freedom 2 Bike Platform Rack part # SA4412B or the RockyMounts BackStage 2 Bike Platform Rack part # RKY10002 which will both work with e-bikes and will fit a Jeep JL Wrangler Unlimited with the factory spare tire.
The use of a hitch extender will decrease your trailer hitch's weight capacity by 50% therefore is not recommended.
